Zapatero

SUBTLE YET TASTY

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounces of ZUNTE Mezcal 
  • ½ ounce of Bourbon 
  • 2 barspoons Orgeat 
  • 1 dash Angostura bitters
  • 1 dash of chocolate bitters
  • Garnish: cranberry, grated cinnamon and orange twist

Instructions:

  1. Add Zunte Mezcal, bourbon, orgeat, Angostura bitters and chocolate bitters into a mixing glass with ice and stir until well-chilled.
  2. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over fresh ice.
  3. Garnish with a cocktail cranberry, grated cinnamon and an orange twist.
